Are attendees professionally verified?
Yes — 100%. Every attendee on the platform is required to register with a verified official work email. Personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are blocked at the point of registration. This means every prospect you interact with is a real, identifiable professional from a verifiable organisation. No bots, no personal accounts, no tyre-kickers.
How does the performance-based pricing work?
You only pay a flat $10 fee when you manually click "Accept" on a chat request or an offer claim. General booth visits and resource views are 100% free.
What is the Domain-Reveal Filter?
Before accepting a lead, you see a preview of their role and verified domain (e.g., "Someone at @company.com"). This allows you to vet audiences before spending credits or time.
Why do I need to purchase an Interaction Pack?
While you can create your digital booth for free - attendees cannot interact with it. In order for attendees to chat with you or redeem deals, you must purchase an Interaction Pack.
When should I upgrade to the Unlimited Pack?
The Unlimited Pack allows you to have unlimited chats and offer redemptions within your booth. If you want to maximise your pipeline without worrying about credits, the Unlimited Pack is a great option for you.
Will I be charged for interactions with personal emails?
No. We require attendees to verify official company emails to access networking features. You will never be charged for interactions from @gmail, @yahoo, or unverified personal domains.
What are the expo timings?
The Tech & AI Expo runs continuously from 9am on August 21 until 6pm on August 23 - Pacific Time. We recommend that exhibitors allow coverage of as many time zones as they possibly can. Attendees can message you and send offer claim requests even when you are offline.
Can I change my pricing tier during the event?
Yes. If your booth experiences high traffic, you can instantly cap your costs by upgrading to the Enterprise Tier through the Exhibitor Portal at any time.
Do I get contact information of attendees?
Yes. You will recieve the name and official email address of attendees who choose to interact with you - either through the live chat interface or through an offer redemption.
What assets can I include in my digital booth?
Exhibitor cards support high-definition video demos (embedding videos from Youtube/Vimeo), text descriptions of products / services, exclusive offers, and a dedicated live chat messaging channel.
How long does the setup process take?
Your digital booth can be set up in under 2 hours after approval and payment. We do review booth content before going live. This is to ensure quality and relevance of the content.
